Recently ive come across alot of articles which has talked about the relationship between not sleeping and gaining weight...i believe its to do with the metabolic rate being slowed down and the hormones(?) which regulate your appetite being under released or over released.....can anyone say they feel they have put more weight on as a result of bad sleeping patterns?

Over the years as my sleep has gotten worse and worse so has my weight.. I was 351 Sept.26th2005 and am down 115 lbs as of today.. I have been trying hard to get it off.

Setting aside metabolic rates which I agree with....
....what else am i supposed to do except comfort eat when I'm watching the TV at 4am...or 5am..or here at 6am !!?..LOL..yummy !!!

I finally went to sleep at 3:00 A.M. Slept til 8:00 A.M. FIVE HOURS YAYYYYYYYYYYY!!! Better then nothing..

I very rarely eat in the middle of the night.. After dinner is usually it until 10:00 am or 12:00 sometimes.. I have been trying to grab fruit in the morning as I have started skipping breakfast not on purpose, just not paying attention to the time..
