A study published in PLoS One that shows that having a lower percentage of protein in the diet can lead to more snacking behaviour and more perceived hunger.

yea, you definitely want a well rounded diet. About 25% fat 40% carbs and 35% protein. This is just a basic idea, but depending on your activity level percentages would change.
