can anybody tell me how is impotency caused and how can it be removed.

According to my ex husband, I was the cause of impotency, and since I don't know you, now I know I am innocent. Seriously, the cause can be psychological or physical. At your age, I would guess psychological. Possibly caused by a bad relationship with your significant other. Then too, how many hours a day do your work? Exhaustion can be a factor as well.

Impotence can be due to physical or psychological factors, and occasionally a mixture of both.
The best way to tell the difference is to ask "do you ever wake up with an erection" ? If the answer to this is 'yes' it proves that everything is working fine down there and the limiting factor is above the neck; you need to work out what emotional hang up is causing your problem.
On the other hand, if the answer is no and if you have a medical history of, for instance, long-term diabetes, heart disease, MS, spinal injury or you are on drugs known to cause impotence (particularly antihypertensives and antidepressants) then a physical cause is more likely and you might need 'help'. Help comes in the form of pills, injections, pumps and implants...

By seriously distracting, fear of failure to achieve an erection can cause impotence. What happens sometimes is that a man becomes distracted once. This causes him to fear becoming distracted again.
This constant worry about performance causes causes impotence.
It is a vicious circle. Worry leading to impotence, causing more worry,leading to further impotence.

Viagra, injections, vacuum pumps, and penile implants. I'm sure in a few years, if not already, they'll be more to add to that list. You guys sure get hung up over that stuff.

That could depend on what you're smoking.

what do you mean it depends on what you are smoking. Do normal cigarettes like benson or marlboro also cause impotency.

Smoking can cause impotency because it constricts blood vessels. Erections are caused by bloodflow to the erectile tissue in the penis. Anything that inhibits that flow of blood will have an effect on erections. Smoking, drug use, stress, circulatory disorders, etc. Many prescription drugs, especially anti-depressants, can also cause it. Viagra was originally tested as a drug to treat some sort of cardiovascular disorder...then they happened to notice the effect it had on Mr. Stiffy and saw the profit potential.
While it's not exactly curing cancer, it's something that improves quality of life for a great number of men. Impotency can be very humiliating and stressful, causing a fair share of psychological trauma.

My wife is a Diabetic. She hasn't caused me to be impotent (yet).

It's important to women too, who may think that a man is not aroused because he does not find her attractive. With the emphasis our society puts on attractiveness, that can be stressful indeed.
