Even though Newton wrote the book on fluents in verse fluxions; he still fixed time. Even though Einstein imagined the flow of time; he was never able to reconcile gravity to cosmic aether. A perfectionist never finishes.
Did Einstein never imagine spacetime aether might also be fluent? Or did he just not calculate the right vector?
