Virtual particles fleetingly appear in the vacuum as predicted by the uncertainty principle. They can be time-like or space-like. I'm thinking, where there's mass then there's less uncertainty and fewer virtual particles. Fewer space-like virtual particles is manifested as curved space and fewer time-like virtual particles as time slowing.

Ok, if the problem is not resolved, simple go to Newton's gravity. If the "inverse square law" bothers, come back to relativity.
Suppose if the special effects of the stars, colliding black holes or coalescing neutron stars or white dwarf stars alone generates gravity waves, how it is pushing apple, at times it is doubt whether it is pulling or pushing. When the neutron stars or white dwarfs releases gravity waves, where and how it is creating curvature of space time. If the gravity waves are coming from outside, its effect must be high on a rocket moving at a higher elevation than a apple.
When gravity waves are generated and coming from far away places why and what makes them to stay on planets only and that too differently. Is it this gravity waves that are stored here causing space time to curve or curved space time generates gravity waves.
Well, another thing that bothers my mind is time dilation.
It is true, due to velocity:
01 one can escape from gravity.
02 Time dilates
Due to velocity we have escaped from gravity and no doubt about it. But why time dilates. When velocity increases, it is true that gravity decreases. When gravity decreases, Gross weight of the needle drops dramatically. At Zero gravity, things behaves differently. Your watch, mechanical or electrical is not manufactured to work at Zero gravity. If that is manufactured to work at Zero gravity, it will certainly dilates in normal gravity. There may be several technical things that may be affecting the normal functioning of clock.
But how can one imagine that your watch dilates functioning of stars, Sun, Earth and thus your age.
This is purely illogical and incorrect. If, in case, for any reason, watch that hangs in your hand dilates, you will be lucky. This is not so, and rotation and revolution of Earth never stops.

No, the question depends on the idea of relativity.
Gravity has its footprints, one of them is curved space, yet to say time is slowed is by virtue of a body at c-relativistic speed.

Well, it is more interesting, my mind poses several doubts, whether gravity creates curved space time or the curved space time create gravity.
