Hi!!
I am from Mexico (sorry because my grammar). I have to measure stomatal conductance and transpiration with a LiCor LI-1600, but i have a very big doubt about the correction factor.
[???] [???]
For example, if i take the measurements in a day without wind, the correction factor (that consider the boundary layer) that appear in the manual is enough?
Is there another correction factor to transpiration measurement?
Is it valid measure transpiration with the porometer Li-1600?
Thank you very much for your answers

Hi,
This newsgroup http://iubio.bio.indiana.edu/biomail/listinfo/plantbio
will probably be able to help-you can post your question there. There are usually many questions on transpiration measurements.
