Im trying to fix some things on my acount but, i hava to be able to log into my Admin. acount. my dad had the comp. before me and he forget the password to get into the acount. how do i hack into my own computer to get the password, or is there any way of defragging. my computer without being a admin? Or get back my lost password any other means!!!!!!!!! [???] [???] [???] [???] [???] Please suggest some ideas!!!!!! [???] [???] [???] [???] [???] [???]

You need to have XP - CD ...... Through that you can solve your problem...

I dont think there is a Cd slot in this computer because it was cheep and was for my personal use!!!! I have internet connection on this and i have login by user id... Can you give some links which can be used regarding on this matter!!!!!!!!! [???] [???] [???] [???]

I had that problem once, but I have no idea how the fellow fixed it. I think he just re-installed everything.

actually you can format the drives , and also save the files which you need by using XP - Installer Cd (Proffessional)

I had mentioned earlier there is no CD slot... This is just a 45 GB box just to use internet but i have downloaded many files and i need them.... Do you have hard disk right? give the hard disk to the service man and ask to " Format " it .... with XP cd .... and say him to save the file..

So listen...if you typed in your admin password and it did not work...it may be because admin passwords are usually case sensitive...meaning you have to remember if you used capital and or lower case letters etc.... don't foget...case sensitive.

Yes there are tools to hack admin passwords. Since you have no CD drive, it's a bit more complicated.

Download Cain & Abel.
Please follow this instructions carefully. C&A is a very powerful tool and can be used for "real" hacking. I suggest you deinstall it after cracking your password.
Do you have XP Service Pack 3 installed? If not do this:
After you installed and started it, click on the tab Cracker, then right click in the grid and select Add to list in the context menu, click on next.
Now you should see all user accounts on your computer.
Right click on the Administrator account and select Brute Force attack -> LM hashes
Now click start and be patient, depending on the quality of the password and speed of the computer it can take some time.
If you have Service Pack 3 installed, you need to select NTLM Hashes instead of LM Hashes. And you need a lot more time because NTLM Hashes are harder to generate.
There are other programs like this around, but I know that Cain&Abel is save and free of Malware, so that's why I recommend it.

Ophcrack uses the so called Rainbow Tables (precomputed password hashes for NT and NTLM), you need internet access to use it. They have a boot cd and the program alone to use, if you can still login to the computer.
EBCD isn't free, but if you have valuable data on your computer you probably pay of it.
Offline NT Password & Registry Editor is free, they have a floppy version and instructions to boot from USB too. So that might work.

First of all you said you couldn't re-install or use the install CD because you wanted to keep some data already on the drive; unless this data has specifically had read permissions removed for non-admin users you can copy it on to a usb memory stick as an ordinary user.
Then you claimed that the system doesn't have a CD-drive anyway, which you should have really said before claiming that you couldn't re-install because you wanted to preserve the data.
And then finally, you can't take it to a computer repair shop to get it fixed because you need to do it secretly, even though it is supposed to be legitimately yours and it has been given to you for your use.
I'm afraid that the various reasons you've given just don't hang together.

An XP boot disk can be downloaded from file sharing sources but beware viruses,s Trojan's etc.
You dont need a DVD player you can boot from a USB memory stick
