Heating anything in a completely sealed container is a bad idea  unless you take suitable precautions.

Why do you want to heat  plastic?
Many plastics can be melted in an open container.

I want to meIt ABS and HD PE but when I do it in an uncovered container the PIastics EVAPORATES. I want to ment and POUR in mouIds to create other things.

Do you realise that molten plastics are usually very  viscous liquids?
If they are evaporating you are getting them too hot.
Plastics are usually poor conductors of heat. The outside will get too hot before the inside melts unless you heat them in a temperature controlled way.

@eric2011

I am Tempted to tell you a few ways...
But they are All based on Wiki/Net data.
And Any&All information on the Internet canNot be Trusted atall.

Personally, I've seen Plastic burn.
If all of it is Evaporating, then it's turning into Vape.
I donno what Exactly happens if one inhales Plastic Fume, knowingly or unknowingly, but I'm Dead Sure the End result on the eyes, nose, mouth, lungs etc etc is Not Good Atall!

ps - rather than Plastic, wish you were interested in Pottery instead.
might have been Easier to sell whatever by branding it Eco-Friendly.
Anyways, TC!
