Is our Universe powered by a larger version of the following?

Could there be outflows associated with the poles of a universal black hole? Could the pressure associated with the black hole’s dark energy (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_energy) emission cause particles of matter to form and accelerate outward? Is the timeline the time and distance from the black hole?

No, that is of the imagination, the drawings you provided are relatively meaningless , there is no shape of space.  Again science is trying to ''pass'' the firmament with their imagination, their drawings are contradiction to observation, shape only exists of ''objects'' and not of space.   
Quite clearly the ''edge'' of space is not an edge, it is where the visual angle of ''sight'' has contracted to  0.

Even if that shape is flexible if it has form it has shape . the firmament is a religious term and has little meaning here . look at my post . What is gravitational accumulation it gives mechanism's fore how a multiverse could have expanded from the singularity of a universal black hole although the universe may not be a out flow as described . I describe the outflow as an expansion of the singularity . Its still close

  But awnsering your question, from my universal concept, absolutly, yes!
 Dark energy is the black hole too, made of it, expanding due heated dark energy and also being compressed due cold dark energy, this generates spheres, magnetosphere, heliosphere, star sphere, super massive black hole sphere, great atractor hyper massive "?" sphere, and so it goes, from the atom to the original rupture...

obs.: Those diagrams seem to follow the right path, but due Einsteins weigth of planets sins, they seems to be drawning from inside out, there is no bending space, space that bending around us, and we are floating the horiontal disk, with zero weight, it flips the universe from outside in towards the center of the blackhole, basicly take the image above and exchange the extremes froming a eliptical circle, there will be your universe, from the atom to the last sphere, it has shape, and seems to be a pathern, all of them producing a horizontal spiral disk, gatering mater and granting mater levitation, and vibration due compresion...
