   If you take a neonate and hold him upside down, people are going to get very angry with you. Especially when he turns blue.

I am, thus, persuaded that your program's assertion that they are too little for it to bother them.

The second remark that the amniotic fluid balances the hydrostatic pressure is the correct one. If a skin diver is upside down in a column of water, the blood does not rush to his head.
