I just used Shampoo for everything. Whats the difference anyways?

More that likely they use different surficants. Shampoo is easier to rinse from your hair and "kinder", washing your hair with soap may leave it dry and damaged...possible ph type of thing....

My guess is that there's not a lot of difference.
Looking at the ingredients list might be a usefull source of information.

It does depend on which shampoo you regularly use also if you happen to use
conditioner or not.

Yeah i looked at the ingrents. and they only difference is one uses aluminum? and then another uses calcium? i have to go check again.
