Does masturbation promote male fertility?
My hypothesis is that increasing the frequency of ejaculation for males may regulate spermatogenesis and increase sperm motility.
What do you think? Does masturbation has any effect on male fertility?

It depends; in a sperm bank, possibly. If, on the other hand, you are trying for a baby with a partner and you instead devote your efforts to self pleasure, then probably not.

If someone masturbate for twenty years on a daily basis, does it reduce or increase his long-term fertility?

my understanding is that yes, it does (as long as you refrain within the 48hr period prior to copulation). more importantly, it also reduces the risk of prostate cancer.
