Where is research into Fibro Myalgia taking place?

Suzanne wishes to gain knowledge in the following.

"Are there any trials or research into fibro myalgia? Any links re virus, Lyme disease, trauma, overactive nervous system. I can see similarities with long covid /fibro. I have fibro and would love to take part in any research."
