How bad is this fungus based skin infection?

How bad is this fungus based skin infection?

Anica is in need to guidance for this sitatuion they're in,

"I walked through raw sewerage water. Now fungus comes up once year on my skin never stops. Starts bubbles look water blisters then tears into saws. My question is this time I can't make stop. I would put once Lamisil on over night then it would be gone in morning. Now nothing working look like a ring worm circler saw how can I make it stop? How heal it forever?"

Go to the doctors, there are oral treatments for fungal infections.
