Actually the shut down can be permanant Dave, depending on leydig cells sensitivity since the leydig cells no longer are recieving FSH+LH signals from the pituitary gland from sensing adequate levels of testosterone from the exogenous source, it stops receiving and can stop working completley giving enough time on trt. Thats why some men have never responded to fertility testosterone restarts boosting their FSH+LH in an attempt to boost testosterone since the testes leydig cells no longer respond to the signal at all.
Dear all,It seems I cannot get Silodosin in the UK. Does anyone have any suggestions? Physicians are willing to prescribe it to me, it just seems that it is unavailable here.
I suspect though somehow, that your case is different, and there's atrophy and potential for no restart for other reasons.

Did your physicians say why it was unavailable?
