Is there any chemical or acid which reacts with all type of polyamide?
-
Polymide?
You mean polyamide or polymers or what?
-
Sorry correction... polyamide.
-
Hot oxygen or fluorine will pretty nearly certainly work but probably won't be very practical.
What are you trying to do?
-
Trying to etch polyamide layer on the Integrated chip.
-
Sulphuric acid might do the job, but it may damage other things too.
-
i tried sulphuric acid is not working.....
-
An alkaline etch might work, but it is more likely to damage the silicon.
Have you tried sodium hydroxide?
