Title: Heat capacity of aluminium

The student calculated the specific heat capacity of aluminium to be 2390 J / kg °C. The true specific heat capacity of aluminium is 900 J/ kg °C. Why did the student get it wrong? I don't understand.

Do you actually think you have provided enough information for anyone to answer that, or did you miss something out of your post?
