Title: How do I get involved in the field of cosmology?
Post by: Tlendon7 on 07/11/2015 02:23:17
He guys. This post is just to get some info about how to get involved with cosmology in general. Ive really fallen in love with the subject but don't know how to get involved with any thing local. I've tried searching the web with no joy.

Any websites etc would be appreciated. Id just love to get involved and learn as much as possible.

Thankyou.

If know calculus then I recommend that you download and read the following text

An Introduction to Modern Cosmology by Andrew Liddle

If you join the free website bookos-z1.org/ (it's free and you won't need to use a credit card) then it's available at: http://bookos-z1.org/book/930602/67a687

If you don't know calculus then please state what level of math the you understand. It will also be helpful to know how much you know about physics as well.
