Title: Are antimatter and matter attracted to each other?

Is it possible, on a VERY large scale, that the electromagnetic attraction between matter and antimatter could possibly produce a stronger force than gravitational energy?

For example, theoretically if we had a parallel universe of antimatter beyond our background radiation, could the effects of electromagnetic attraction between the matter and antimatter universes be a cumulative force greater than the gravitational force between the galaxies of each universe.

Is this a possible explanation for why our universe is expanding?

If not, an explanation is greatly appreciated.
