How do I calculate torque on a beam with two antiparallel forces on both ends?

How do I calculate torque on a beam with two antiparallel forces on both ends?

Hi all...

I'm experimenting in using single point beam load cell as a dynamic torquemeter (picture below). I already get the equation for strain, but i'm confused how to get torque value from that strain?
Most existing equation is for cantilever beam, but i think my project isn't cantilever beam cause both ends have forces working on it.
