can any one please tell me in detail that what is the career development or progression for a science technician in an organisation? or can you please give me any source from where i can get this information in detail? [:-[]

sorry again but can't help it because its the last term in the UK so there is alot of pressure on the poor students thats why.
can you please please please tell me the difference between laboratory and industrial scale that how and why are they different?
actually its a distinction criteria questions so it has to be at least one page. I've mangaed to get almost half of the page but half of the page is still remaining.
i hope you understand my problem.
this will last in the begining of july because after that i am going to finish my course. I promise I'll never bother again [???]

As with all jobs career progression is based on proven ability to do the job that they are doing, well, a demonstrated potential to do a more senior job and a clear demonstration of self starting capabilities ie getting on with what needs to be done without having to be told to do it. plus of course the existence of an opportunity for promotion. This may of course require a person to change employers but is not essential.
