Title: Has anyone had an out of body experience?

I have been "outside" of my body on several occasions and been seen by family and friends as a gold light being.
Has anyone else had an out of body experience?

On one occasion my consciousness was inside the gold light like in the movie Ghost.   On another occasion, my consciousness stayed in my physical body.
