Well im having a problem st the moment as my pc is Saying out of memory errors, Now im getting these errors on my ventrillo, or my music programs and i cant figure out why this is happening.

Also im getting this error in my ventrillo too( Hardware overlay failed while trying to display the overlay / Error code = -3
Reason = DDERR_OUTOFCAPS Description = The hardware needed for the requested operation has already been allocated.).

My pc has been checked also for spyware and malware and viruses, so its pretty clean. I do mainly use my pc for gaming and for a music centre and im not wanting to format it as it will take too much time. So im asking for help from you guys to see if anyone knows of a solution.
