Ohh god this freaking hurts. Ow, what can I do to stop itt ughhh

I seem to remember it's all down to correct breathing. Try holding your arms above your heads, as if you are surrendering (should be easy for an American) and breath, does this give any relief?

Is it good if you through up, but nothing comes up and you just keep throuing up?

I think you have a stomach bug or worse....food poisoning. If the cramps are unbearable the latter could be the case. Is someone with you because it might be worth going to the doctors if it doesn't ease in the next few hours.
Otherwise put a hot water bottle on your tummy and try lying on your tummy when you are not wretching.

I've had it 2 times in the last week.
First time I beilve it was from holding poop to long while I was playing soccer. I just slept that off though.
This time is from not eating last night. I don't remember if I did or not.
But, idk I've sat on the toilet a lot today, and "threw up". I tired eating some cereal, but that's all I threw up. I had some water.
Its getting a little better I guess..Still hurts, not as sharp though.

I feel fine now. Does anyone know if Midol is a gender specific thing? ha, i hear it does great for cramps ha

i have never taken it for anything else... but cramps... not tummy ache!

Ibufrofin works for me. I get attacks of diverticulitis and its the only thing that helps.
