Hey everyone,

I wanted to let you know about an opportunity you might not have heard of yet. A Japanese technology company, has launched an essay contest with a chance to win $25,000. The winner will be announced at the end of September.

Beginning now through September 9, individuals 18 years old and older are invited to submit an essay on the topic of:

<b>"How can electronics contribute to environmental solutions?"</b>

Log on to the contest website, SHAMELESS SPAM REMOVED for more details.

Good Luck!

I haven’t read the rules of the contest yet but it sounds to me like an easy way for this company to make money out of other peoples ideas.

Someone could come forward with a thought or idea that could potentially make millions. But as they haven’t protected it and have put it in the public domain by entering this contest this company could then use the idea without the inventor’s permission and also keep all the profits without paying royalties

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you have an idea or invention that could Potentially make you or someone else money then protect it before you tell anyone outside your family about it, or you will legally lose all rights to your invention or idea.

Detective Conan tells me that even family is not safe.

Doesn't really matter. We're in need of good, environmentally sound ideas, and we're inside a system based on inequality. You and me both might want it differently but?
