It also applies to other activities, such as fighting wars.In such wars, British troops have a good reputation for fighting well in defensive positions. Where they're basically sitting down and shooting at an enemy who's running towards them.But British troops are not so well renowned in the attack role, where they have to run at the enemy.Why would that be?
