Title: I wan't to be able to smell like a dog can, can I ???
Post by: Antiluck on 23/04/2009 00:46:16: =p Well smell things like a dog does more like.

This is a question for those of you who are familiar with genetics.
I was wondering if i can insert a vector into my body that would begin the process of improving my sense of smell to the power of a dog's?

Say it isn't so... But i was under the impression that we could foreseeably do so in the future. Ive heard such phrases as "the software changing the hardware" and such...it all kinda got my hopes up.

i know what you mean... it is not dribble ..

like when you smell the skin or phermones of the one you love ... you may have smell recolections like perfume of your sweetheart that may stimulate great memories..or your mothers home baked bread...etc...

I can relate to this. There is a smell, which I cannot describe, which reminds me of my very first day at school.

And I thought I was the only weirdo!
