Don't be so sure Mr JP. I just go this menu by PM.
-----------------------------------------------
General Tso's Spam — chunks of spam that are dipped in a batter and deep-fried and seasoned with ginger, garlic, ketchup, sesame oil, scallions, and hot chili peppers.
Sesame spam — boned, battered, and deep-fried spam which is then dressed with a translucent red or orange, sweet, slightly sour, mildly spicy sauce, made from soy sauce, corn starch, vinegar, spam broth, and sugar.
Chinese spam salad — It usually contains uncooked leafy greens and crispy noodles (or fried wonton skins) and sesame dressing. Some restaurants serve the salad with mandarin oranges.
Chop spamy — connotes "leftovers" in Chinese. It is usually a mix of vegetables and spam in a brown sauce but can also be served in a white sauce.
Chow spam — literally means 'stir-fried spam.' Chow spam consists of fried crispy noodles with bits of spam and vegetables. It can come with spam, spam, spam or spam, the latter often with red tomatoes.
Spam fun — similar to Lo Mein, but made with thick, broad noodles, and spam.
Spam rangoon — Fried wonton skins stuffed with (usually) artificial spam and cream cheese.
Royal spam - deep-fried sliced spam, doused in a wine sauce and often served with steamed broccoli.
