Title: Biofeedback and migraine
Post by: Kath on 12/04/2005 14:21:04
I have read the one way of helping the symptoms of a migraine is Biofeedback.  What is it, how does it work etc etc...
Does anyone know if this is valid or just more rubbish!?! Cheers, Kath

I have no idea what biofeedback is but I come from a long line of migraine sufferers and it is pure hell-on-a-stick.  I've just discovered a myotherapist in my own town.  i went to him in desperation 2 weeks before easter and I'm seriously impressed.
He's stopped two in their tracks, got rid of an 8 day killer, and has slowed the incidence rate from 1 a week to 1 in to to three weeks.
