This is quite an interesting and weird art project in which the artist uses bacteria to talk about certain subjects like TB, really interesting stuff

Interesting.
Autoclaving should kill the pathogens. However, I'm not sure I would think it would be worth it to grow dangerous pathogens just for the purpose of making art.
If one wanted Staph Aureus, there is no need to use MRSA, or to even have the MRSA in the lab or studio.
