i come from a third world country, and i've been thinking of different ways of making smaller but easier to build flying turbines. i dont want to use helium to make it fly, more like using the aerodynamics of a kite to keep it afloat. like that schools can build them as projects or people could build some at home. thoughts or ideas ?
