I do not know if it is related to our internetconnection, or to our LAN, or if it is a problem that others also have.
When I receive a personal message, there is a warning with the question if I want to open it in a new window.  I click "yes", but it does not open in a new window.  In fact, it does not open at all.
I can not open them by clicking in the message "you have ... messages" either.  What I have to do is start the procedure for sending somenone (anyone) a personal message.  Then I can get in my in-box and in my outbox.
Am I the only one with this problem, or am I forgetting some essential step or what ?

Mine does that also but I have to scroll up to top of page and click on messages and then open up the newest message. But mine does not open a new window either! It has been that way all along!

So do you have to click on their name to get to your box.. Mine will open to the messages" at the top of page!But only on the part that says "you have 723 messages.not on the "0 are new!"

Thanks Karen,  I always tried by clicking on "... are new".  My mistake !  I now find that clicking on "you have ... messages" works here too.

I wildly assume that your pop-up blockers may be blocking the new page from opening. You can always stop getting the initial message by changing the setting in your personal options.

Profile/personal message options/and uncheck the "Show a popup when you receive new messages?" box.
