I was watching that quiz on TV "Are You Smarter Than A 10-year-old". The question was "Which planet in our solar system has a moon commonly referred to as The Death Star?"
I've been interested in astronomy since the year dor & I've never heard that expression about any moon in our solar system. What's more annoying is that I didn't hear the answer as 1 of the brats started squawking.
Has anyone here come across that name?
I looked it up & it's Mimas; 1 of the moons of Saturn. It is called The Death Star as it has a massive impact crater that makes it look like the Death Star from Star Wars.

No I was not aware of this. However, I am very thankful for the information, Darth.

The force is strong in the beaver, Luke.

There is another answer to the death Star question, it has been proposed that the Sun has a dark companion about 100,000 AU distant that it revolves around taking it into dusty regions and accounting for periodic life extinctions on Earth.

That wouldn't answer the question. Neither Sol nor Nemesis constitute a planet or moon.

String theory (theories) gives me a headache.
Perhaps one day someone can explain it to me so I can wrap my brain around it....... *sigh*
