Title: How do i make magnesium sulfate??

Hey guys ive been readin on wikipedia about those puss things (forgot the name already, would be gratefull if you could tell me) where if a foreign object enters the body, the surrounding cells block it off with puss to stop furhter infection..

ANYWAY..Anybody any suggestions on how i can make it at home? or what a substiue or an even better way for treating a puss thing..

Magnesium sulphate is often on sale as Epsom salts in many places.
Anything where there's enough pus to worry about should proably be taken to a doctor anyway.
