i have heard that there is some injections when injected intravenously can produce the respective pigments in the skin and the complection of the person is changed.

is it true if it is true can anybody tell me the details (its functions and its site of action).

There's a book called "Black Like Me" that, if I remember correctly was written by a person who injected themselves with something that changed them into a black person.
