I put a cd in ran the autorun thing and it said it couldn't find any CD/DVD drive please retry. I checked my computer and it said I didn't have any. My drives open and close and everything and just last night I put some files on a CD-RW. What can I do?
Under Device Manager and CD/DVD ROM DRIVES both the drives say this when I press properties
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
I didn't install or uninstall any kind of drivers. I don't know what's going on..I just Disabled them Enabled them..they are still doing the same thing..
I restarted it and it still wan'st there..just so you know KAREN hah
Thanks Sim.
If you need anymore info just ask please.
