Dear Cottagers [;D]
Cottage Cheese is my all time favourite cheese made from blended cottages !...and as a sheepy, I of course luff it !
Look, here's some !
[ Invalid Attachment ]
Hmmm...yummy !.....I like to buy it by the ton and thus as a family we can enjoy snowmen all year round in the garden !
But, what's that liquid stuff being all liquidy and stuffy settling there like a lake atop an extinct volcano ?
I just don't know !...I want to know !..will ewe tell me ?
A portion of cottage cheese will be sent to all whom assist me here with this chuncky cheesy conundrum.

Whey?
Whey or milk plasma is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained; it is a by-product of the manufacture of cheese

MIGHT WORK!
Little Miss Muffit seemed to like cottage cheese also!
Little Miss Muffit, sat on her tuffet,
eating her Curds and Whey....
Along came a spider and sat down beside her,
and frightened Miss Muffet away!
