i never had migraine before but my dad does i am 25 years old.
does migraine gives you sore throat and neck pain? or is it like multiple things are running? please help me, i am tired.

Brane check out Inclined Bed Therapy on this site or in google. This is when the bed is tilted by raising the head end 15 cm's higher than the foot end. Should provide instant relief.

headaches every morning with little sore throat ... i am tired.
Sleep apnea is a possible explanation for some of your symptoms ...
The most common signs and symptoms of obstructive and central sleep apneas include:
Excessive daytime sleepiness (hypersomnia)
Loud snoring
Observed episodes of breathing cessation during sleep
Abrupt awakenings accompanied by shortness of breath
Awakening with a dry mouth or sore throat
Morning headache
Difficulty staying asleep (insomnia)

If you are having breathing problems while asleep you could record the sound of your breathing (snoring/choking) using an MP3 device (http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.100-5693.aspx) then download the 8 hour recording into an audio editing programme like Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) which will display a graph of sound-volume versus time showing how long you are snoring and how many times you are awakened by apnea.
