when is the lower temperature presented in a day???
is it just before the sunrise?

The daily lows are normally recorded around dawn, and the daily highs around two hours after midday.

I live in an island just to the north west of Europe, our temperatures are very dependent on the wind direction recently we had -5°C in the evening and 5°C at dawn.
If you live inland with little wind the highest temperature will be about 2 hrs after noon and the lowest about sunrise as I found out when I visited Ularu.
