I used some yoga techniques with drinking (very mildly) salt water for bowel cleansing. You really should take care with all those power/turbo/super methods tho, it's your body, not a car.
Also, when you do clean out your colon, be sensible in what you eat immediately afterwards, your intestinal flora took a big hit as well, so only light stuff, like (white, yuck) rice and well-cooked veggies, no meat for a day or so.
Some people get nasty surprises, like cherrypits coming out while they hadn't eaten cherries for ages. People who over-eat, tend to have a little bulge/depression in the bottom of their stomachs that will hold the most awful stuff, and cannot come out normally. Imagine what can happen if that stays put for ages and ages...

Fiber diet is good for our health when we have it in proper order, otherwise it will become a headache to us. so, according to our body condition we should take healthy food.

A real good colon cleanse will first and foremost - work thoroughly. If you go through a complete cleanse of the colon and there remains any impaction at all then the cleanse was basically worthless. You must pick a cleanse that will completely clear up your colon.

IS there any evidence for this statement "People who over-eat, tend to have a little bulge/depression in the bottom of their stomachs that will hold the most awful stuff, and cannot come out normally. Imagine what can happen if that stays put for ages and ages..."?

while the large intestine can 'pocket' I find the statement simplistic and highly dubious.

the Large intestine is a very trainable organ. You can, if you so desire, train it to evacuate at certain times and in response to certain stimuli. Continual use of compounds like senna will make it 'lazy'.. this can have undesirable outcomes in times when senna is in short supply.

Let's be clear about this. The colon is perfectly capable of keeping itself "clean" in all cases except genuine medical problems.
It's lined with mucous which is slippery and it's muscular contractions do a very good job of moving stuff through it.
In addition there are definite known properly documented cases of serious harm arising from this peculiar fad.
The matter was discussed here a while ago (albeit from a slightly different perspective)
