Oh yeucchh !!!...oh gawwwwd *sheepy retches and coughs up a ' wool-ball '

My son tells me it has an effect on blood sugar !...why's that then ? what does Cinnamon have to do with blood sugar ?...is it attempting to steal the bloods soul ?  Perhaps ewe can also explain what ' blood sugar ' is too !..ta !

Yuk...I have to end this post now cos just talking about the stuff makes me heave !!

 I love the devils scrotum fungus! Lol....It makes me happy to know that I have several large containers of it in my cupboard..It is heavenly! Lol..

 My Doctor and an aquaintence of mine both have been instructed as to the goodness of it.
