Title: Is oxygen toxic?

I was just wondering I had read somewhere that someone said oxygen is normally poisonous to many creatures. Can an individual have oxygen poisoning? I know its off the wall!

and also how does temperature or better yet pressure systems create wind? and how can we make the pressure systems to harness wind in any geographic area?

Yes, from breathing high partial pressures of oxygen.

wow thanks I had a feeling it could be! If you don't mind explaining how pressure systems produce wind. I wonder if it is possible to re-create the event.

yes it did for me to understand how it works but how to recreate it not really I guess I gotta do some tests lol! Im gonna try to create a rain storm model in my house lol.
