Post by: christianchick on 05/10/2005 19:42:50
Okay, I would like to recieve some information concerning
Cognitive Learning.  I have the basics but if anyone would like to offer me some more in depth information.  Maybe some recent studies, or decent websites would suffice.  Thankyou

Greetings in Christ Jesus my Lord

[:D] I just bought a really good book on cognitive psychology for about £14 not sure how many $'s that is.

Has lots of good stuff and is up to date as in it covers stuff in the late 90s. Im sure you could get it from amazon. From chatting with some friends I know the author is a fairly well known guy... it reads really well considering its supposed to be an undergraduate text book. I've only learnt a little bit of gestalt theory before this book, and some other stuff from biology. It's no big problem to read apart from some of the lame latin all these psychology/biology geeks like to use!

Principles of Cognitive Psychology 2nd Ed, Michael W. Eysenck  isbn:1-84169-260-3

Maritza any special reason you want to know this stuffs?????

I find wikipedia is nearly always a good starting point for anything scienceee. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cognitive_psychology

It may be worth your while to look at the Cambridge University website. The Dept for Experimental Psychology is renown as being 1 of the best in the world (gets all smug).
