I have discovered that my body rejects Vitamin C.
Orange juice, grapefruit juice, even vitamin C tablets,
make me ill, giving me a migraine, and, depending on amount taken,
throw up.
Is this common? What other alternates are there?
If you try to decieve, do it well...

Only maybe Buffered Vit C, which is far less acidic and more tolereted by the body. Other than that, you can't not have Vit C, but should look for a food which contains it in small amounts.
