Title: moderation issue

I posted on this thread (http://www.thenakedscientists.com/forum/index.php?topic=28507) in February, and my post was removed in June without any notification.  You'll see a short discussion there, but the thread has been locked since June 20th.

I've emailed Chris twice, and he said on July 2nd that "[t]he query has been posted to the moderator's board", but I haven't heard anything since. 

Have any of the moderators looked at the moderation of this thread?  I feel that my original post should be reinstated, and that the thread should be unlocked.

I would appreciate it if you asked other members of the Naked Scientists to look at the moderation of this thread, as I feel your actions (in deleting my first post, and then locking the thread) are stifling legitimate open scientific debate, and may be unduly influenced by your personal views.

If you put your email address in a forum post (as you have done above) it will eventually be plagued with spam.

If I were you I'd delete your yahoo address from the above post ASAP.

I was on vacation when the original posts appeared, so I wasn't involved then, but I've brought your post to the attention of the moderators and we're discussing it now.
