Post by: ShimyShake26 on 17/01/2006 19:01:30
Hello all, I am so excited about this site. There are so many people here with the same issues I have in mind. I do Have a question on Fibercon that I heard. Is it true that taking Fibercon or any Fiber supplement for that matter during a diet is good because it helps you feel full longer? From my research I gather that it gives you frequent bowel movements. I am curently eat tons of fiber in my diet already but would it be better to take fibercon or Metamucil? Please someone give me some ideas and let me know if this information is current. Thanks to everyone who replies.

Hi,
I don't know that I'd use it for weight loss, but if you have irregular bm's that's different. Your body may become dependant on them. JMO.
