The PogoPlug has no monitor or keyboard only four USB sockets and a connection to the Internet.

Not sure I understand your question. Are you looking for a way to write applications for it?

You should be able to access it through telnet, ftp, html, or a remote console. 

I've got a somewhat similar device called a "SquareOne" that takes an internal hard drive, and acts like a router, web server, fileserver, and firewall.

And, it isn't even pink  [:0]
