I rather doubt it, but they can try to sell you insurance.

No. It's a hoax without any basis in science, but that won't stop someone from trying to sell you a hugely expensive "cure."

In some cases, multi-drug cocktail treatments are able to keep HIV from progressing to AIDS for extended periods of time, perhaps indefinitely. However, the drugs have serious side-effects.
Even if the virus titers drop below detectable limits, stopping the drugs carries the risk of the disease returning, and being less susceptible to the medications.
Geckos are best left in the environment to combat flies and insects.

There are currently no cure for AIDS.

Very well said, I am in total agreement with on that.
PLEASE, let's not put yet another species in danger through myth and plain simple cobblers.
Drying and crushing Geckos can only have two results. The death of the individual Gecko and the threat to the species. These lunatic ideas have already resulted in the extinction of species and the threat to others. Chinese 'medicines' have wiped out several species of seahorse, endangered tigers and rhinos...... the list is horrifying.
LEAVE THESE ANIMALS IN PEACE!!!

Gecko's can't even diagnose aids, let alone cure it :p
