A new study indicates that nicotine primes the brain for cocaine - by altering the structure of a gene linked to learning, memory and addiction.

smoking tobacco results in ingestion of nicotine [stimulant] & tar [depressant] so chewing tobacco would make for a better test cause N is water soluble & T aint
