 because of fear.

I live in the USA and the last report I know of lands 46% of the population thinking that humans showed up out of nowhere 5 to 10 thousand years ago when the earth popped out of nothingness. We also have in the last year more than tripled are measles infusions because giving your child a vaccinations is  a sine of lost faith. Even the top search resoles from trying to spell (vaccinations) right where about how they make kids autistic

What do you mean by human science? Sociology? Anthropology?

We do, of course, have a Physiology & Medicine (http://www.thenakedscientists.com/forum/index.php?board=2.0), and a Plant Sciences, Zoology & Evolution (http://www.thenakedscientists.com/forum/index.php?board=17.0) forum, as well as a few catch-all subforums.

Perhaps there would be utility to have a social-science section, but it hasn't seemed to be a big deal so far.

Yes Cheryl. Sociology? Anthropology, Psychology, even Economics if it's done well.
